2. The accused/petitioner apprehending her arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 307 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, 506, 120(B) of the IPC.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is to cheat informant and others by executing a forged sale deed.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that petitioner is one of the bonafide purchaser of the land and she herself is the victim of circumstances. It is submitted that the informant made 31 persons accused in connection with

It is submitted that the allegation qua cheating and creating forged documents appears very much general and omnibus against petitioner. It is submitted that considering the nature of accusation, different learned co-ordinate Benches of this Court granted anticipatory bail to several other co-accused persons through Cr. Misc. No. 61138 of 2023 dated 17.10.2023, Cr. Misc. No. 16589 of 2024 dated 17.05.2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 61506 of 2023 dated 15.12.2023 etc. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a lady of clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and by taking note of fact as allegation qua forgery and cheating against petitioner is appearing very much general and omnibus, who is a lady of clean antecedent, coupled with fact that several co-accused persons granted anticipatory bail by different learned co-ordinate Benches of this Court as discussed aforesaid, accordingly, above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, is directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M.,
