2. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4488 of 2023 with a direction to learned Trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year.

3. Trial Court report dated 18.07.2024 reveals that two official witnesses are yet to be examined and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2020.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
