Admittedly, petitioner no.1 is wife whereas petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law of the deceased. It is also an admitted position that none has seen the actual killing of the deceased nor the dead body of deceased was recovered from the house of the petitioners. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K. Nagar P.S. Case no. 405/2013.
