1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 385, 387, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned APP, at the outset, submits that the offences for which Malsalami P.S Case No. 758 of 2022 has been instituted against the petitioners carries punishment of less than 7 years.

4. The said submission is not disputed by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36705 of 2024(2) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 investigation against the petitioner is still pending on which the learned A.P.P. submits that the the case is disposed of in terms of order dated 13.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari Vs. State of Bihar).

5. In view of the submission made by learned A.P.P., this anticipatory bail application is disposed of in terms of order dated 13.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari Vs. State of Bihar).

6. The petitioner would be at liberty to file a representation before the concerned Superintendent of Police and the Investigating Officer of the case with a web copy of the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 3536 of 2024 within a period of three weeks from today and the concerned Superintendent of Police shall ensure that the Investigating officer of the case strictly adheres to the direction contained in the order dated 13.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 3536 of 2024 (Naushad Ansari vs. The State of Bihar).
