Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks confirmation of bail in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2021 lodged under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 20.04.2022 provisional bail was granted to the petitioner with condition that he shall co-operate in the trial and he will name all the persons who are engaged in the illicit trade of liquor with him. In this regard, a supplementary affidavit was filed in compliance of the order and also a report has been received from the Special Exclusive Excise Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41522 of 2021(13) dt.02-11-2022 2/2 Learned counsel for the State also submits that District Transport Officer Nalanda has also submitted report in this case. Learned counsel for the State also submits that order dated 20.04.2022 has been complied.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner is hereby confirmed.

With this observation, the bail application stands disposed off.
