Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P. S. Case No. 452 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 504 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The first information report itself reflects that neither petitioner was owner of the lands in question nor had taken any amount from the informant and it is only stated that he stood identifier on agreement for sale.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.60593 of 2018 (2) dt.06-10-2018 2/2 allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, above name, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in K. Hat (Maranga) P. S. Case No. 452 of 2018 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P. C.
