The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B) a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of recovery of arms from the house of coaccused Raja Kumar. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the name of the petitioner was disclosed by the apprehended two co-accused persons and petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot and no illegal arms has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioner, above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura P.S. Case No. 373 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
