2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021 for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Sinku Kumar, who has been found involved in the crime by the police, has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. Case No. 36953 of 2021 vide order dated 08.02.2022. It has also been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is suffering from Leprosy.
4. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 08.02.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Case No. 36953 of 2021, this bail application is also allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail after framing of charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Sitamarhi in connection with Parsauni P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021, subject to the condition that the petitioner would cooperate in the proceeding of the court below. In the event of failure to appear on two consecutive dates, the court below will be at liberty to pass appropriate order including cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
6. The petitioner will visit Tariyani Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
7. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of following cases:- i)Taryani P.S Case No. 50 of 2020, Under Sections 341, 323, 354A, 379, 447, 448, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
ii) Belsand P.S. case no. 41/21 U/s 386,387 of IPC. iii) Parsauni P.S. case no. 83/19 U/s 384,386,387 of I.P.C
