The petitioner is in custody since 08.01.2022 in connection with Excise Case P.S. Case No.05 of 2022 registered for offences under Section 30(a)/36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

There is recovery of 120.960 litres of foreign liquor from the car and not from conscious possession of the petitioner. Considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in custody since 08.01.2022, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-IV-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31664 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 cum- Special Excise Court No.II, Gopalganj in connection with Excise Case P.S. Case No.05 of 2022.

The petitioner will visit the office of the Inspector, Excise Prohibition, Balthari Checkpost, Gopalganj on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
