Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.12.2013 in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 427, 448, 323, 366A, 506 and 511 of the IPC.

It is alleged that petitioner and several other accused persons attempted to kidnap minor daughter of the informant but the petitioner was caught on the spot and he was produced before police. Furthermore, it is alleged that while petitioner was being taken to the court, he fled away from police custody for which Galgalia P.S. case no. 170/2012 has been instituted against him. Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27319 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in Thakurganj (Galgalia) P.S.
