JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 Heard Mr. Kripa Nand Jha, learned counsel along with Ms. Sandhya Kumari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Anuj Kumar, learned AC to SC-12 for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty that the appeal preferred by the petitioner against the order of dismissal before the Collector, Vaishali be disposed of by a reasoned order in accordance with law, if already not disposed of.

3. With the aforesaid liberty as sought for by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11515 of 2013(3) dt.22-07-2024 2/2 petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of.

4. If it is held that the penalty order is not in accordance with law, it goes without saying that all the benefit must be given to the petitioner in accordance with law within a reasonable period.
