ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018 for the office registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 447, 448, 302, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that these petitioners have no concern whatsoever with the said Budhu Manjhi and they have been implicated in connection with the present case on the basis of pure suspicion. It is further submitted that no overt act has been attributed to the present petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.61749 of 2018 (2) dt.08-10-2018 the case and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Ishuapur P.S. Case No. 50 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U
