1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the

Patna High Court CWJC No.568 of 2014(7) dt.31-07-2024 2/2 following relief(s):- "That present application is issuance of writ in the nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the part of the order issued under the signature of the respondent No.3, on 09.10.2013 by which it appears that without considering anything and even without any proposal a middle school is upgraded as secondary school under Khaira Gram Panchayat in place of Khaira Middle School, Kadokhri School is upgraded is in clear violation of the resolution and circular issued by the state government and after quashing item no. 160 of the office order issued under the signature of respondent no.3 Khaira School is upgraded as secondary school as this school fulfills all the criteria as formulated by the state govt. from time to time and latest the resolution has been issued by the State Govt. in the month of July 2013."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the Collector, Aurangabad for redressal of their aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off.
