The petitioner seeks bail in G.O. Case No. 288 of 2019 arising out of Bahera P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section(s) 30(a), 32(3) and 41(i) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is alleged in the written report that 2498.750 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from raised rail platform in front of house of husband of petitioner. Petitioner is a lady. She is in custody since 18.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed.

Case No. 288 of 2019 arising out of Bahera P.S. Case No. 108 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
