The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No. 246 of 2018 for the office registered under Sections 307, 323, 447, 504, 341 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no specific overt act has been attributed to the present petitioner and the entire allegation against her is vague and the main allegation is against other accused persons and not against this petitioner.
