2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner assaulted the father of informant by Farsa causing grievous injury to him.

4. It is submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of injury, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail in connection with Palanawa P.S. Case No. 108 of 2022. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
