At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the appellants submits that the issue in question has already been decided by a Division Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 10.12.2018 passed in LPA No. 1409 of 2017( Raj Narayan Singh and Ors. v.s State of Bihar) and the present appeal is squarely covered by the judgment delivered in Raj Narayan Singh case.
The gist of the case of Raj Narayan Singh is that, those persons were also granted notional benefit, who cleared

Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, the impugned judgment dated 8.05.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge is set aside and the present appeal is disposed of in the terms of order dated 10.12.2018 passed in Letters Patent Appeal No. 1409 of 2017. Accordingly, the concerned authorities are directed to take appropriate steps within three months in regard to redressal of grievances of the appellants.
