2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 08/2024 lodged on 05.01.2024 under Section 147/148/149/341/342/323/324/379/354/307 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 8 named accused persons with an allegation that they started assaulting informant's wife, thereafter, firing has been made by the petitioner due to which injury has been caused in the left hand.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and has committed no offence. He

He also submits that the informant and petitioner are the resident of the same village. Approx 3 to 4 months back cow of the informant has been stolen in which according to them father of the accused (petitioner) was accountable. Counsel submits that due to intervention of the co-villagers compromise took place but the present case has been lodged only with a view to teach lesson to the petitioner.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named by granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S. Case No. 08/2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
