2. It transpires to this Court that, vide Order No. 4 dated 29.11.2016, the matter was adjourned, and vide Order Nos. 5 and 6 dated 24.10.2024 and 25.11.2024 respectively, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. It transpires to this Court that, for the last two dates, counsel for the petitioner has not appeared and seems to have lost interest in the matter, and therefore, this Court has no option left, but to pass the order in this writ application.

4. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed due to non-prosecution.
