The limited submission made by counsel for the petitioner is that his representation dated 14.10.2012 (Annexure-17 of the writ petition) which is pending before the Civil Surgeon-cumChief Medical Officer, Madhubani, respondent No.7, should be considered by the authority.

In view of the limited nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.7 to consider
