The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 499C of 2017 in which cognizance has been taken against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Considering that cognizance has been taken in the complaint case under Sections 498-A, 341, 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, and upon reference to the Conciliation and Mediation Centre,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29665 of 2019(3) dt.17-08-2019 2/2 Patna High Court vide order dated 10.05.2019, the parties have amicably settled their dispute as would appear from the report dated 23.07.2019 submitted by the learned Mediator, the provisional pre-arrest bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.05.2019 is hereby confirmed.
