2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 655 of 2025, registered for offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. The informant, who is authorized person of Mediversal Hospital, Kankarbagh, Patna, has alleged that after the financial audit, it came to their knowledge that co-accused Shipra Keshri, who was working as Assistant Manager in the hospital, had misappropriated Rs. 14,42,072/- of the Mediversal Hospital. Informant further alleged that in the aforesaid defalcation, the petitioner, who was boy friend of co-accused
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30580 of 2026(3) dt.02-07-2026 2/2 Shipra Keshri, has assisted her in giving effect of such misappropriation. Initially, on being asked, co-accused Shipra Keshri undertook to return the alleged amount, but later one, she denied. Accordingly, informant lodged this F.I.R.
4. Considering the nature of accusation and materials collected during course of investigation, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
