1. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order/orders, or direction/directions to quash and cancel the recommendation order bearing Memo no. 837 dated 25.01.2024 (Annexure /11) issued by the District Magistrate, Nalanda (Respondent No.8) whereby and where under the following directions have been issued:- (a) The Principal and Superintendent, BMIMS, Pawapuri (Respondent nos. 12 &

13) have been directed to constitute order K against the petitioner and to ensure disciplinary action;

(b) The Civil Surgeon, Nalanda (Respondent no. 14) has been directed to cancel the registration of the petitioner as Doctor at the level of Indian Medical Association and take further action;

(c) The Deputy Superintendent of Police/ S.H.O. Pawapuri O.P. (Respondent nos. 10 and 11) has been directed to make the inquiry report dated 22.01.2024 as the part of the ongoing investigation of the F.I.R.

instituted in the matter and to ensure further action;

Patna High Court CWJC No.7904 of 2024(3) dt.10-11-2025 3/3 (ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order/orders, or direction/directions to quash and cancel the Inquiry report dated 22.01.2024 (Annexure f/10) submitted by the Internal Complaints Committee (hereinafter referred to as 'ICC') whereby and whereunder the Petitioner has been found guilty of causing sexual harassment to Respondent no. 15 and 17; (iii) For issuance of the writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order/orders or direction/directions commanding the respondents to stay the operation and effect of the recommendation order bearing Memo no.

837 dated 25.01.2024 (Annexure f/11) issued by the District Magistrate, Nalanda (Respondent No. 8);

(iv) For any other relief(s), writ(s), direction(s), order(s) to which the petitioner may be entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the present case by this Hon'ble Court."

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.
