In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bandhwa Karawa P.S. Case No. 12 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioners is to have assaulted the son of informant with Lathi, however, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation of committing overt act against the petitioners. Case No. 12 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
