2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 277 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1), 123 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner, who is the father-in-law of the deceased is accused of killing the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2024 and claims clean antecedent. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against him. The main allegations are against the mother-in-law and husband of the deceased.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar/concerned Court below in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 277 of 2024.
