After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application
Patna High Court CWJC No.7732 of 2017(26) dt.24-03-2022 2/2 with liberty to the petitioner to file a detail representation raising his grievance before the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. within a period of two weeks. Permission is granted.
Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn.
It is made clear that if detail representation is filed by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today raising grievance before the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation Ltd. / respondent no. 2, the Managing Director shall be obliged to dispose the representation in accordance with law by a reasoned order giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a further period of three months. Needless to say that if any amount is found payable to the petitioner, the same shall be paid within a period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation.
