2. This petition has been filed against the order dated 03.03.2013 passed by learned Sub-Judge-X-cum-ACJM, Patna in Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 208 of 2008.

3. Vide order dated 30.03.2026, a report regarding present status of case was called for and the same was sent vide Letter No. 74/2026 dated 01.04.2026 by the learned Trial Court. As per the said report of the learned Trial Court, it is stated that Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 208 of 2008 has been disposed of on 25.03.2026 with respect to other co-accused persons. The name of the petitioner has been deleted and further proceeding has been dropped against him due to his death vide court's order dated 10.03.2026.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of as it has become infructuous.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
