Patna High Court CWJC No.4984 of 2003(8) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 ORAL ORDER 20-02-2023 The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- " (i) That this application is being filed for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction for quashing the order dated 31st of December, 2001 passed by the District Sub Registrar, Begusarai the respondent no.4 by which he has cancelled the license of the petitioners who are all Deed Writers in the District of Begusarai and possessed license for deed writing under the respondent no.4 and for stay of the operation of the order contained in Annexure '1' during the pendency of this application, so far as it relates to the petitioners."
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to take recourse to such other remedies, as are otherwise available under the law including that of participating afresh in the selection process of Deed Writers. Liberty so sought is granted.
