Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the State Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority so that the State Appellate Authority may authoritatively decide the question of fact involved in the present case.

In view of the above the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner, if she file appeal before the State

Patna High Court CWJC No.2958 of 2013(5) dt.16-08-2018 2/2 Appellate Authority within a period of one from today along with copy of this order the State Appellate Authority will condone the delay in filing the appeal and entertain and decide the same on its own merits expeditiously, keeping in view the fact that writ petition was pending since last five years against the decision of the District Teachers Appointment Appellate Authority, Darbhanga.
