2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naya Bhojpur P.S. Case No. 31 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 103(1) and 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have assaulted the deceased.

4. The petitioner is a women and she is in custody since 20.03.2025.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and the nature of allegations levelled against her, this application is allowed.
