JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 31-01-2019 The learned counsel for the respondents has filed a supplementary counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that the petitioner has been granted promotion on the post of Headmaster w.e.f. the joining on the said post i.e. 03.10.2016. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is true that the petitioner has been promoted, but the petitioner might have some grievances with regard to grant of promotion with a retrospective date, hence he may be granted liberty to challenge the order of promotion.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to assail the order of promotion, if
