1. No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. Learned A.P.P. for the State is present.

2. It appears that by an order dated 29.11.2022 case diary was called for, thereafter again the matter was taken up on 09.01.2023 when the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner sought time and the case was fixed for 11.01.2023, thereafter the case was taken up again on 25.02.2023 and was directed to be listed on 21.03.2023 and the time in the meanwhile was granted to the petitioner for removing the defects as pointed out by the stamp reporter. The said order dated 25.02.2023 was a peremptory order and for noncompliance of the same, the present criminal case stood dismissed for default, accordingly, Cr. Misc. No. 68422 of 2023 was filed seeking restoration of the present anticipatory bail application and the same was restored by an order dated

3. Today against when the matter is listed, it appears that the defects as pointed out by the stamp reporter till date has not been removed which amply demonstrates that the petitioner is not serious in pursuing the case.
