The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 353, 332 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of creating hindrance in discharging the official duty of public servant. It is also alleged that accused persons started brick battling due to which some personnel got injuries.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they have

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31525 of 2022(2) dt.22-11-2022 2/2 falsely been implicated in the present case. It is also submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against the petitioners. Injuries sustained by the injured persons are simple in nature.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Paraiya P.S.
