Heard the parties in virtual Court.

Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,324,307/34 of the I.P.C. and 24 of the Arms Act and 25(1-B)a,26 of Arms Act. Co-accused-Raushan Kumar allegedly caused firearm injury to the informant. Petitioner was keeping hold on the informant while Raushak Kumar was firing.

Submission is that allegation is ornamental one. Petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2020. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is accused in a case under Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30809 of 2020(2) dt.27-11-2020 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Runnisaidpur Police Station Case No.241 of 2019 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned court below.
