2. The present petition has been preferred for restoration of CWJC No. 11366 of 2022 which stood dismissed for non compliance of order dated 13.10.2022.

3. In view of the statement made in paragraphs 4 & 5, the MJC No. 1522 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.500/- with the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee.
