This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Laukaha (Lalmaniya) Police Station Case No. 74 of 2023 (G.R. No. 188 of 2023) registered for the offence under Sections 272 & 273 of Indian Penal Code and 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2018.

About 225 litres of Nepali wine has been recovered from Dalan of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 27.03.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody and the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
