2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 11.10.2022 issued by the Circle Officer, Rupauli.

3. The petitioner has no locus-standi in the matter. The land belongs to the State. The State will make any construction under any scheme and the petitioner cannot create impediment in the matter.
