In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 685 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25 (1-b) a/26/35 of Arms Act.

As per allegation, the petitioner along with other coaccused persons was preparing for committing some offences. On police raid, three accused persons including the petitioner were arrested and one automatic pistol was recovered from his possession.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he is a person of clean antecedent. The entire allegation is

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VI, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 685 of 2022, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

(ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
