The petitioner has moved this Court for quashing of the order dated 09.04.2014 passed by learned Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dumraon in case No.587(M) of 2014 under Section 107 of the Cr.P.C. Further prayed for quashing the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge 6, Buxar in Cr. Revision No.81 of 2014 passed by Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Dumraon. It seems that with the passage of time the prayer has lost its force and as such the petitioner has become uninterested in the matter.
