JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2019 Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition. However, he submits that a liberty should be granted to the petitioner to challenge the order of dismissal passed against his father but, in my view, it is not proper for this court to say anything in respect of order of dismissal of the father of the petitioner and his right to challenge the aforesaid order because the aforesaid matter is completely in domain of the writ court and it is the writ court who will decide this issue. In view of the aforesaid fact, this contempt petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
