2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366(A) , 376 of the Indian Penal Code and 04 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that victim in her statement recorded under section 164 Cr. P . C . has not named this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

6. Considering the statement of the victim under section 164 Cr. P . C . and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned District Judge-VI, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. case No. 222 of 2021 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
