The petitioners are in custody since 01.02.2022 in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.01 of 2022 registered for offences under Sections 272 and 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

There is recovery of 200 litres of semi-manufactured liquor and 10 litres of country made liquor from barren land. Considering the fact that the petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 01.02.2022, they shall be released on bail, after framing of charge or on completion

No.31987 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 of one year in custody whichever is later, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Court No.II, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No.01 of 2022.

The petitioners will visit Sahebganj Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
