Patna High Court CR. REV. No.693 of 2016 (5) dt.24-08-2018 2/2 Special Judge, Vigilance (Trap) is expected to take into account the submissions of the petitioner and decide the matter in accordance with law.
It is further made clear that dismissal of this petition shall not be read to the prejudice of the petitioner on any score. While saying so, this Court has taken note of the fact that the trial of Special Case No. 21 of 2013, arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 64 of 2013, has begun and some of the witnesses have already been examined.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
