Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that at an earlier occasion, the prayer for discharge having been rejected brought under challenge and so, the petitioner could take recourse of tagging the order impugned by which charge has been framed. On that very score, a liberty is given to the petitioner to make a conjoint prayer, and in the aforesaid background, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of instant petition.
