The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. The first information report is lodged after two days of the alleged occurrence. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
