2. This is 3rd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of the petitioner. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 01.02.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 55062 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of direction of this Court to conclude the trial within a period of one year, the trial has not been concluded. The investigating officer is yet to be examined. Petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2020.

4. Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34892 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge - XI, Begusarai in connection with S.T. No. 562 of 2021, arising out of Bakhari P.S.Case No. 354 of 2020.
