====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUNIL DUTTA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Main P.S. Case No.70 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the marriage of informant's daughter was solemnized with Sonu Das on 14.05.2021 as per Hindu rites and rituals. After few days of marriage, the accused persons started torturing her. On 27.05.2023 the deceased called on the telephone of informant's daughter-in-law and said to brought money and ornaments otherwise accused persons will kill her and ultimately on 03.06.2023 the accused persons killed the daughter of informant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.36414 of 2024(3) dt.21-06-2024 2/2 and cremated her dead body due to non-fulfillment of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased who have been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the victim died due to snake bite and the allegation is general in nature. Learned counsel submits that petitioners are in jail custody since 13.10.2023 and they are ready to co-operate in the trial. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Gaya in connection with Main P.S. Case No.70 of 2023.
