The present writ petition has been filed seeking quashing the order dated 06.02.2019 passed by the Licensing Authority cum- Sub-Divisional Officer, Sadar, Darbhanga whereby and where-under fair price shop licence of the petitioner bearing Licence No. 01/2016 has been cancelled. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file an appeal challenging the order dated 06.02.2019.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal against the aforesaid order dated 06.02.2019

Patna High Court CWJC No.9698 of 2019(2) dt.17-03-2021 2/2 and in case such an appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from today, the shall be decided by the Licensing Authority, in accordance with law, without being impeded by the issue of limitation, preferably within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
