The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018 for offences under Sections 341, 323, 325, 308/34 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. As per the report of one Sabila Devi dated 13.7.2018 with regard to an occurrence dated 12.07.2018, the case was registered for investigation. The petitioners and the informant are agnate and on account of previous enmity due to land dispute they have

Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the petitioners and informant belong to the same common family, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM-V, Nawada, in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 209 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
