Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2018 for the offence under sections 120(B), 406, 420, 384 and 386 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no allegation of any mischief committed by the petitioners in the transactions. In fact, the allegation is attributed to the accused Ravindra Kumar who is not petitioner in this case.
Learned counsel for the informant submits that petitioner's role in the instant case cannot be overruled and as

Considering the totality of the facts and circumstances, the Court is inclined to grant bail, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (fifty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.C. Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur, in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 07 of 2018 on the condition that the bailors should be family members as also the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
